Sienna obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Immaculate Conception at Davao City, Philippines and is a board-certified Registered Nurse (RN). She too, is a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) and International Behaviour Therapist (IBT) with seven years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and students with learning support needs. Sienna has extensive experience working across various environments including clinics, schools and home settings providing tailored-support to meet the unique needs of each individual client.

Sienna has been trained in the use of Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Mand training, Behaviour Management Strategies, and other procedures derived from the principles of ABA. Her expertise in these areas allow her to implement effective, evidence-based interventions that support the growth and development of the individuals she works with.

Driven by a passion for helping others, Sienna is dedicated to supporting children with additional needs, helping them reach their full potential through personalised, evidence-based therapies.

Sienna is known for her excellent interpersonal skills and as a team player. She is always eager to learn and develop new skills. Her reliability and dependability have made her a valued member of each team she has been a part of.
