Mary obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Our Lady of Fatima University. She is a licensed International Behavior Therapist (IBT) by International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO) and is currently taking a course to obtain her International Behavior Analyst certification.

She has been working with children with Autism, ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and speech delay for more than 10 years. She has worked with different age groups, from toddlers to young teens. In line with that, she has trained in using Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), discrete trial training (DTT), and Social Thinking. Mary also facilitated social skills classes with 4-5 children in a group. During her tenure as a Senior Behavior Therapist in Indonesia, she implemented behaviour programs supervised by one of the founders of Verbal Behavior (ABA-VB). Mary provides clinic, school, nursery, and home-based ABA therapy.
