Kaynethe Magtibay

Behaviour Technician

Kaynethe graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Sto. and is a licensed secondary teacher. She is a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) who primarily works with early learners with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, developmental delay, Down Syndrome and other related conditions. Kaynethe has experience working with children in centres and schools in both the Philippines and the UAE. She has worked in clinic, nursery, school and home settings with individuals ranging from 2 to 15 years old.

Kaynethe prides herself on practicing holistic, creative, evidence-based therapy. She implements personalised programs for individual learners created by a BCBA supervisor. Kaynethe has been trained in the use of Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), behaviour management strategies, mand training and other teaching procedures derived from the principles of ABA . She is a fun-loving, creative and engaging therapist. Her dedication to her work and the field of ABA is motivated by her passion to help each child reach their full potential. She believes each individual has the right to live a happy and fulfilling life and is passionate about community support and involvement. Kaynethe recognises the importance of working with parents to build a collaborative and functional program for her clients.
