Flormine de Leon is an honor graduate of BSE-Mathematics in University of Santo Tomas, Philippines. She has been working in the Education Sector with neurotypical kids since 2010 and with kids under the spectrum since 2015. She started from being a classroom teacher and now working as a behavioral therapist in Dubai, UAE. She’s currently working on her BACB certification and planning to continue working in the field of ABA.
Flormine is working in different settings which includes home-based sessions, nursery or school set up, and clinic-based sessions. Her energetic and fun way of teaching makes it easier for her clients to learn new concepts and acquire new skills. She believes that all children will learn, some may take time, and if a child can’t learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn. Creativity is always the key!
