She brings comprehensive hands-on experience through her role at Al Qassimi Women’s and Children’s Hospital, where she has worked as a Chief Resident and Pediatric Resident, with rotations in NICU, PICU, pediatric neurology, endocrinology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, nephrology, genetics, and more.

Her clinical exposure is further strengthened by structured training, including neurodevelopmental experience at Al Jalila Children’s Hospital.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Shria is actively involved in academic and research-based practice as a Clinical Lecturer in Pediatrics. She holds multiple certifications in pediatric life support, genomics, and child development, and has contributed to several research publications and quality improvement projects, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based pediatric care and continuous professional development.
