Anya Benger is a British-trained, CDA-licensed psychologist committed to enhancing the emotional and psychological well-being of children, adolescents, and families. She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in psychology from London, alongside a diploma from the Association of Psychological Therapies. She is also ADOS-II certified from Hogrefe, equipping her with specialized expertise in autism assessments and neurodevelopmental conditions. Additionally, Anya holds Graduate Membership Status with the British Psychological Society (BPS), reflecting her strong foundation in evidence-based psychological practice.
Anya has extensive experience in both clinical and school settings, working closely with students, parents, and educators to provide direct interventions and support strategies for classroom management, behavioural challenges, and emotional regulation. She specializes in working with Autism, ADHD, executive function difficulties, and learning disorders, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
Growing up in the UAE, Anya brings a unique blend of Western and Eastern perspectives to her practice. She values cultural sensitivity and strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported.
