Aisa Calub Bucali graduated from Mindanao State University in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Education. While studying, she had one year of practice teaching in primary school. After she graduated, she moved to Dubai and had an opportunity to work in American School as a Shadow Teacher. In 2017, after she took her RBT training, Aisa joined an inclusion centre in a GEMS School as an ABA therapist. She worked with children aged 3 to 7 years old, with ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties and other developmental delays, in home, school and nursery settings.

Aisa feels that she has been privileged to receive training from ethical and quality BCBAs. She is passionate about delivering quality services to teach children new skills and help them overcome challenges.
