Dr.Kartheeka is a Pediatric neurologist and neonatologist with over 3 years experience in pediatrics, neonatology and pediatric neurology. He has also worked as Assistant professor in the field for 2 years.

Dr. Kartheeka completed his postgraduate training in general paediatrics in Bapuji child health institute(JJM medical college), oldest child health institute in Karnataka, India. After completing his training, he went to specialise in Neonatology as a fellow registrar in Cloudnine hospital in Bangalore which is a dedicated mother and neonatal institute. Post completion of Fellowship in Neonatology he trained in Pediatric neurology in the Prestigious and Karnatakas Apex child health institute, Indira Gandhi institute of child health in Bangalore , during which he trained in various pediatric neurological disorders and electrodiagnostic procedures. During his training he was also involved in giving gene theraphy for spinal muscular atrophy. As many neurological disorders in children are related to origin in newborn period his expertise in Neonatology and pediatric neurology comes very handy in early diagnosis of various disorders.

Dr.Kartheeka has vast experience in managing various pediatric neurological conditions like Developmental delay, Autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, epilepsy, Cerebral plasy, Migraine and other headaches, neuromuscular and neurometabolic diseases, Autoimmune and demyelinating disorders. His areas of interest include Neurodegenerative disorders and gene therapies in neuromuscular disorders and Autism spectrum disorders.

He has also published papers in various journals and also presented in various conferences. He has also won various quizzes in pediatrics and Neonatology during his training.
