Gandhari is a compassionate and dedicated QABA-certified ABA Therapist from India, with a Master’s degree in Social Work, specializing in Disability Studies and Action, from Mahatma Gandhi University. She has experience working with neurodiverse children across clinical, educational, and early intervention settings, with a strong foundation in inclusive, evidence-based practices.
Gandhari is passionate about supporting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental delays, and behavioural challenges. She believes in creating safe, structured, and engaging environments that motivate children to learn and grow, both within and beyond therapy sessions.
She works under BCBA supervision to implement behaviour intervention plans, collect data, and monitor progress across developmental domains. She values close collaboration with families, empowering them to reinforce skills in daily life for lasting impact. Her fieldwork experience includes internships at leading institutes like the National Institute for Speech and Hearing, Jewel Autism Centre, and Akkara Foundation, where she contributed to individualized therapy planning and skill development.
